Amélie was born in Hertfordshire and raised in Suffolk to French parents with a family history in hospitality and the textile industry. Her passion for the physicality of woven fabric combined with her experience as a digital print designer inspired the development of her current practice and fine art collection: one which seeks to replicate synthetic processes and digital techniques with natural pigments and traditional mediums.
