Vittorio Passaro, an artist and designer born in Montella (AV), attended the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, where he graduated in Sculpture under Alix Cavaliere in 1988. He debuted in 1992 with a group exhibition at Spazio Via Farini 35 in Milan, continuing his journey with Diecidue gallery in Milan and Marco Noire in Turin. His artistic work has focused primarily on themes of proximity between the body and norms, and alterity between self and the other, using an interdisciplinary approach spanning various mediums from installation to video. Notable works include the 1995 video "POSITIVE" created in Los Angeles and the 1994 video "NO REVERSE."
