In this series we wanted to translate and abstract this idea of the knowledge and essence of a Códice; the importance of communication and its evolution through time, through the wood carvings both in its geometrical and systematic patterned repetition of its drawer in contrast with the organic and random carvings made by the artisanal technique of “conchitas, hand chiseled by master artisans in Antigua Guatemala.
