Stone sconces:
The surface is left unsealed, with porous sections left unfilled; due to this approach and to the qualities of natural stone, color and veining will vary from one sconce to another.

Metal sconces:
Because each casting occurs in small batches, slight variations will be visible from one piece to another. Production marks may include slight pour ripples or surface pitting. Further, the original bright finish will oxidize and darken over time to reveal a distinctive patina
