What forms of payment are accepted online?
GARDE currently accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
Are credit card transactions secure?
Yes. All credit card information sent to gardeshop.com is SSL secure and encrypted for complete security. Once you begin your checkout process everything will go through our secure server.
Can I make a purchase if I do not want to use my credit card online?
Yes. We will be happy to take your order by phone, fax, or email. Please provide us with your credit card number, card expiration date with month/year, the verification code on the back of your card (4 digits on front for American Express) and the zip code where the bill is received. Please also provide us with a shipping address. We cannot ship to a PO Box.
What if the item on the site is noted as being on backorder?
From time to time, we may just be out of items that we regularly stock. If this is the case, you will see this notation on the individual product page you are trying to purchase. Most of these items will ship to you within 2-6 weeks of placing your order. If we receive an order from you on a backorder item, we will respond to your order within 48 hours with an estimated arrival date.
Do you send a confirmation e-mail?
Yes. Once your order has been placed you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. Additionally, a separate email with tracking info for your shipment will be sent once your merchandise has been boxed and shipped.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order for store credit or exchange only. All returns must be approved by GARDE. Items must be returned in original and unused condition. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.
All custom, special orders, sales orders or orders noted as final sale are non-refundable.
To make a return for store credit or an exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please email us at email@example.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We’lll then reply back with your RMA #, which you’ll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.

Upon receipt of the shipment, gardeshop.com will contact you by email to confirm your store credit or exchange. Please reference your RMA number when calling or emailing to check on the status of your return.
Internet returns may also be made in person to GARDE within 14 days of shipping order date only during our normal business hours of 11-6pm. We will issue you a store credit or you may exchange your item for something new.
Can I cancel an order that I placed online?
Yes. There is a 24 hour period from the time that the original order was placed in which you may cancel your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 323-424-4667 if you need to cancel an order placed online.
Do you have a faster shipping service available?
Yes, your order can be shipped via expedited service, however there is an additional surcharge for this service. Please contact GARDE for a quote on expedited shipping to approve before finalizing your order.
Does GARDE provide gift wrapping?
Yes, please specify that you would like gift wrap at the time you place your order. There is a box for special instructions provided.
What are your shipping and handling charges?
Shipping charges are provided at a flat rate of $10.00 per order.
Can I have my online order sent to a different location other than my billing address?
Yes, If you provide us with an alternate shipping address in the US.
Can orders be shipped outside the U.S.?
GARDE does not ship outside of the US for orders taken online. Please call us for details at 323-424-4667 or email us at email@example.com if you are an overseas customer and would like us to ship our products to you. We will calculate shipping at the time of your order and provide you with a shipping quote prior to completing your transaction.
How is sales tax calculated on orders?
