Christiane Perrochon Stoneware and Porcelain Ceramics
Christiane Perrochon's atelier produces stoneware and porcelain ceramics fired at high temperatures and covered with captivating precious glazes. Each unique object, paired with its own special glaze is the fruit of the artist's continuous and personal research. The Swiss ceramic artist moved to Italy in 1979, where she and her family settled in a hilltop hamlet, situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside and surrounded by groves of centuries-old oaks and olive trees. Although having made a name for itself in the field of luxury items, Christiane Perrochon's atelier continues to employ the same production methods - objects are still entirely crafted by hand and processed one by one throughout the various stages of production. The skill and exquisite quality of the artist's creations have led Christiane Perrochon's atelier to world-wide recognition.
